This agreement governs the terms of access and use of the GRXTON investment platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), available at GRXTON.
The agreement between the User and GRXTON is considered concluded upon acceptance. Registration, login, or use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of the full terms of this agreement. If the User disagrees with any part of the agreement, they must stop using the Platform.
1.1. GRXTON provides access to an investment platform where Users can deposit funds and receive profit accruals based on internal trading models and algorithmic analysis.
1.2. Funds are managed solely by the Platform. Users do not conduct trading operations independently.
1.3. GRXTON is not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.
2.1. Registration and email verification are required to use the Platform.
2.2. Users must provide accurate information and are prohibited from creating duplicate accounts.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to restrict access if suspicious activity is detected.
2.4. Users must not share their account credentials with third parties. All actions performed under the account are considered to be carried out by the User themselves.
3.1. Users deposit funds which are used in an automated trading model. Profits are credited to the User’s account according to internal algorithms and are not fixed in advance.
3.2. Earnings may vary. The Company does not guarantee profits.
3.3. All confirmed operations are final and irreversible.
4.1. Withdrawals are available at any time unless otherwise specified by the selected plan.
4.2. The Company may suspend withdrawals if verification is required or if violations are detected.
5.1. The Platform uses modern technologies and automated analysis systems. Despite high stability, technical failures or errors are not excluded.
5.2. Users acknowledge that funds are transferred for management without direct control, and accruals depend on proprietary algorithms not disclosed to the public.
6.1. The Company processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.2. Data is not shared with third parties without the User’s consent, except as required by law.
6.3. Email is used for notifications, confirmations, and account recovery.
7.1. The Company reserves the right to temporarily restrict or block account access in the following cases:
7.2. In exceptional cases involving proven intentional violations, a penalty of up to 20% of the active deposit may be applied.

8.1. All elements of the Platform, including source code, algorithms, visual components, texts, and interface, are the intellectual property of GRXTON.
8.2. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, decompiling, or otherwise using Platform elements without written permission from the rights holder.
9.1. This agreement becomes effective upon registration and remains in force until the User stops using the Platform.
9.2. All inquiries are handled via support: grxton@grxton.live.
9.3. Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, etc.).
9.4. All legally significant notices are delivered via email or the user interface.
9.5. GRXTON reserves the right to modify these terms. Updated terms are published on the website at least 10 days before taking effect.
